Yesterday I began to finally photograph the various pieces of art and craft I’ve made over the past few years, a process that’s been both humbling and inspiring—though I’d say more the former than the latter, as I’m deriving a lot more inspiration from many various artistic bloggers than I am from gazing at my own dusty collages. Nevertheless! At the very least, this process will serve as a sort of cataloging and archiving of my work, and might remind me that there’s something I can do with my hands aside from press the shutter button on my digital camera.
