Webcam

Guess who found a webcam?

Don’t get all worked up yet; I found it last night on the PC that my Dad and brother share, which means it’s at home, with my Dad and brother. So I spent half the night playing with it, sending pics to Danny, who was up all night, too. I also received an email from my uncle this afternoon, with the subject line reading: “Hang in there kiddo.” Apparently he read the latest entry, which is not currently supplemented by earlier, more cheerful entries, which makes it seem, I guess, a little depressing.

Late this evening I realized that I’d run out of food for the kittens. In this borough of Brooklyn, there is nowhere to get kitten food at ten to three in the morning. So what did I do? I cooked up my last two Morningstar Farms breakfast links (that’s fake sausage, okay?) and crumbled them into their dish. I have yet to check and see if kittens appreciate the spicy flavor and meat-like texture of the Morningstar Farms products. I am thinking, though, that they might have liked a Griller or Chik Patty better.

Listening to: The Busy Signals, which I picked up at Sound and Fury in the used bin. It kinda reminds me of someone who I’m trying not to think about, and the fact that I’m listening to it just proves that Lina is right: I’m a masochist.

PS: Marvel at the ingenuity that is the Apple iPod. It is white like a giant tic tac.
